Why All About Care?

All About Care is not like other domiciliary care agencies. What makes us different is that we grew from humble beginnings on a foundation of trust, honesty, compassion, and understanding.

Our owner and registered manager, Debbie, is an independent businesswoman who is incredibly passionate about caring for people and helping as and where she can.

With 20+ years of experience working for a private care home under her belt, Debbie has built All About Care from the ground up and consistently continues to expand and improve our services with each working day.

What makes All About Care unique is that unlike many other care agencies, we are privately and independently owned, we are not franchised and therefore are not forced to support any agendas. We have no shareholders or board members and this means that the decisions made about the steps we take are ours, and ours alone.

Our clients will always come first and we will always listen and take into consideration the needs and wishes of each and every potential client that we have, as well as tailoring each package of care to suit each client individually.

At any given time All About Care has staff of between 12-20 people, this includes carers and admin staff as well as Debbie herself (who is still out almost every day caring for her clients!). Our team have slowly and organically come together over the years and are often referred to us by current members of staff, making them feel more like part of a family than a workforce. All of our staff have enhanced DBS checks and are all given the necessary and relevant training in order to carry out their duties safely and effectively.

Testimonials

My aunt had dementia and this is always a difficult condition to handle. It requires particular sensitivity, flexibility in handling situations and a good dose of old fashioned common sense... I have dealt a lot with care agencies over the past few years and I am not easily impressed.

Family Member
I have worked alongside Debbie and Lindsey on many occasions over the last 15 years. I am always greatly impressed by their professional approach to service users and their families, and yet they are so kind thoughtful and friendly that people feel they are a part of the family.
